More and more Gen Z’s are hunting the dark web to buy medicinal drugs for their anxiety/depression. How can WhatsApp empower young adults to start a conversation on mental health?
Pill Better is just like any other drug, except each capsule comes with a WhatsApp number of a therapist’s chatbot. Each chatbot was customised to target a different mental health issue like Doomscrolling, Cyberbullying, anxiety, etc. With every pill sold, we encouraged Gen Zs to be more dependant on each other and professionals than on drugs.

We partnered with therapists like Susan Blackmore, Martin Seligman, Albert Bandura to design their chatbots. One simply had to save their number to start a conversation on Whatsap.
Chatbots encouraged young adults to talk to their peers and family, while
one could also book a free consultation with the therapist on Whatsapp.
Pill Better was sold on dark web, targeted ads were placed on Reddit forums, and
even placed in Walgreens as a regular medicinal drug.
Each box came with an instruction paper that had detailed information of our therapists.
